We purchased Oxygen Chimney on 17th 2012 from Govind Steel and Appliances Kharghar sec 12 ,Tulsimangal Co-op Society Shop no 26 .We had given complaint about above mentioned problem ,as we already told that it will be life time warranty as it is mentioned in guaranty card also but after giving complaint before one month problem is not getting resolved as they are giving so much excuses.
