My name is kuldip kanojia I’m saving bank account holder of DCB bank vasai west thane branch.and my account no is 09411100010636 .I have been using this account from more than 4 years and always maintained my account balance. This time due to financial problem I was unable to do so and they deducted more than 800 rs from my account . I have complain that they didn’t inform me that they will be deducting the charges. As I’m not in a state to control my finance problem all of sudden this deduction is affecting me. If they would have informed me prior few days or few weeks I would have at least did some arrangement but they didn’t do so. As being a loyal customer I have updated my kyc to bank they have my mobile details and e-mail address but they still didn’t do that .
