Unfair deductions

Name of company/service: vodafone

I deactivated my Blackberry Plan on 30th june successfully. But I received a SMS form vodafone informing deduction of Rs 13 as per my blackberry plan on 1st , But the plan was deactivated and the service was no longer available. I called customer care to ask about the same , But they told me that they did not have any info about the deduction in balance and the SMS I received .
