SIR , I AM A JOB SEEKER.YESTERDAY i.e ON (30-06-2013) A CALL FROM “ROOZGAAR.COM” CAME AND I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THEY WILL HELP ME TO GET A JOB AND I HAVE TO PAY ONE TIME REGISTRATION FEE OF Rs 1685.TO BOUGHT ROOZGAAR RESUME XPLODE . I HAVE BOUGHT THE “ROOZGAAR RESUME XPLODE” FROM ROOZGAAR.COM . AFTER BUYING THIS, I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT YOU HAVE TO BUY OTHER SERVICES TO GET THE JOB WHICH WAS NOT BEING INFORMED TO ME EARLIER. I HAVE TOLD THEM I AM NOT ABLE TO BUY OTHER SERVICES AS I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY, NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT IF YOU WILL NOT BUY THIS YOUR RESUME WILL BE ON HOLD AND YOU WILL NO GET THE RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY.THERE IS A POLICY OF CANCELLATION & REFUNDING OF MONEY IN THERE SITE BUT THEIR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE SAID THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO REFUND.

Cancellation Policy
Roozgaar believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
• Our team will follow up with you “the customer” for 72 hours for pending documents, post which there will be no claim of non delivery and TAT of delivery of product will start from the day the documents are received.
• Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
• In case of receipt of unsatisfied Career Services please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 10 days of receipt of the products.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Refund Policy
When you buy our products/services and if you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with the quality of our services, we will work on refund /re-work on the services; however you need to establish the same.
Any Refund/Cancellation request will be entertained within 72 Hours of placing the order, however post 72Hours we will rework on your service. Refunds are not being provided for products that have already been approved by the customer. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
