Wastage of precious electricity

Dear Sir,
We are staying at No. 738, 9th cross,HBR Layout, Bangalore -43.For years now , behind our house, the street lights will be burning all through the day also. I have observed a similar situation in some other streets also.In spite of reaped phone calls to Bescom and BBmp, they seldom take action.It is switched off only when and if they remember to do so.There is power cut on and off, fund raising to rehabilitate the unfortunate and here, irresponsible people continue to be negligent in spite of repeated reminders on a daily basis.some of the phone numbers that I have complained to are 22873333, 25735642,22221188. Kindly take stringent action against the erring persons and take steps not to hold a torch to the Sun.
