Fleecing the customers

Location/place: NEW DELHI

Dear Mr. Khajia, 1.7.2013

Can you please let me know, why a telephonic call was made today by your company, informing me that the cheque dropped was not signed. On receipt of your telephonic call, I dropped another cheque amounting to Rs. 394, bearing no. 820687 dated 1.7.2013, drawn on HDFC Bank, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, in the drop box. I wonder, as to how your company is able to survive by fleecing the customers. Are you going to pay me the interest on the amount of Rs. 394, which has been again paid today, on your request. When you are demanding the interest from the customer for delay in the payment, why the same rule should not apply on you. Kindly confirm the action taken, against your staff for furnishing false information, and also let me know the amount of interest, which you are going to pass on.

Regards,

D.K. Taneja
