No exchange within time period

Hi, had worst experience at central Mall at bud garden Pune. Our purchase was made at Central Mall Ganesh kind six days back. Today we had gone to exchange the same product at central mall bund garden road. We were forced to choose the product of the same brand once we didn’t like any product of the same brand we were left with no choice as the mall staff was not excepting to exchange the product of another brand as their system was not allowing it . Hence we were stranded out of frustration and protest we left the purchased product at the counter still there was no response and we were left with no choice but to leave the product their as it was of no use . Very inprofessional and unethical practice by Central Mall. Just want to eat up common mans Money! Because of Central Malls system and logistic problem we lost our money and time.
