I am using Relinace communications Broadband with below details

Name – Imran Patel
Speed as per bills should be 12mbps
Since last 5 months I have been getting speed of 256 kbps or 512 kbps. I have complained about this to the company on phone (customer care) as well on email repetatitively.
Till date they have not sent any service engineer nor refunded any amount of money.
I have been not able to book tickets apply for university admissions and do online transactions due to slow speed. I have been paying them full money since last 5 months even after not getting speed and have asked them for wavier and penalty but of no use.
Hope filing a complaint here wll solve the issue
