Name of company/service: A City Services
The A city serives had cheated us for the cook service we paid for anual contract of 8500 for the service they will provide.
They said that they would provide a cook, the first 1 month the cook came though she did not know much my wife teached her few dishes and then after 1 month the cook stoped comming and when contacted A city serive they said they will provide another cook in a day or so but they did not send a cook for 3 weeks. And also
they told us when the cook is off for some reason they would rpovide another on the day she takes a leave, that did not happen as in that month the cook took leave and no one was sent. After 3 weeks with calling them follow up and frustration they finaly provided some one who didnt knew anything but for some help and later she also stopped comming and now its been 10 days we are calling them for the service they promised to provide and no ones answering the call. They are also jsut saying they will provide in a day or two and making us run in circles. I dont want to have this service any more and want my money back
