Name of company/service: Airtel

I am surprised that my complaint was deleted from some consumer form sites.

I logged complaints multiple times to Airtel postpaid customer care about receiving unsolicited SMS and calls. It’s been months and nothing is done yet. Infect when I call customer care and ask for supervisor, they disconnected my call. that was the worst treatment that I received from Airtel in last 6 years.

Now I am thinking to change my service provider and have started searching for different options.
