Dishonouring of FDR redemption warrant

FDR NO.40221- The redemption warrant sent for FDR has been returned dishonoured stating reason for dishonouring as “Insufficient Balance” All the mails & telephone calls made to the Company has not yielded any results.I request you to take necessary action in the matter to enable me obtain refund of FD paid to the Company Viz. Ind-Swift Ltd., FD Dept., SCO 76 (Top Floor), Swastik Vihar, Mansa Devi Road, Sector 5, Panchkula, Haryana.
