Hi I have a prepaid Vodafone connection. And I activated a datapack of 251 for 3g on 26th June 2013. But I haven’t received the datapack yet.
I called customer care several times but agent in their customer care don’t know anythng they are not even trained properly.
Then after 5 days today I went to Vodafone gallery b8t the technician asked me to send a msg which will cost me 50rs for an itemised statement however I showed them the msg which I received for the recharge successfully done.
Still the technician said that he can’t do anythng.
My question is why shud I pay 50rs more because it is not my mistake this is mistake from Vodafone.
Iam completely harassed because this is the 2nd time this thing happened and iam very frustrated.
Plz help me
