I had purchased my fridge on 19-11-2011,its warranty period is 1 year, after 6 months it got gas leakage problem, i called samsung customer care, they came to my house and filled the gas, again after 4 months same problem again persists, at that time i asked them to do the permanent solution as we were facing the same problem again and again, but they told me that they will take necessary action if the same problem again persists and they filled the gas at that time. Now again after 5 months same problem exists and i called customer care for the same, after all the communication they ( sohail – Team Leader of samsung pune ) confirmed me that they will refund me all my money by cutting some percentage which is for using the product for 1-2 years ( which is almost (15%-20%), i agreed on that, after asking them whether i can purchase new fridge then also he confirmed me that yes you can go ahead and you will get a cheque with in 10-12 days. After 2 days they called me up and told me that your request has been rejected and we cannot refund, i told them that you have already committed me to purchase new fridge and when i have already purchased new fridge they asked me to wait for sometime and after mailing and calling again and again and waiting for almost 1 month, they called me up and saying that they again want to know what was the exact problem and whether it was repairable or not, the case is again and again going in loop, and they are not responding me properly about their final decision. They have already checked the recorded phone calls and after checking that only they pushed the case to their management and i got to know on friday that they again want to visit my fridge. I am fed up with this. They have all the proofs with them that’s why they make this case in loop otherwise they can directly ask me that they had not told anything related to same. Even i also have all the dates of our communication, so we can use this as proof.
Please check the case on priority, i am waiting for your response asap.
