Wrong Deduction by Airtel

Location/place: Gwalior (M.P.)

Name of company/service: Airtel

Dear Sir,

This is a complaint against AIRTEL.

My prepaid Airtel number 7898285959 is on international roaming to UAE, and balance is getting deducted without any usage

Rs 20 deducted on 24/06/2013
Rs 99 deducted on 25/06/2013

Details :
Name : Varun Varma
Address : 118, Behind P & T colony, Thatipur, Morar, Gwalior
DOB : 31/10/1985

The same complaint was made to Airtel Customer Care via e-mail on 25th June, but still no response from them other than the computer generated receipt. Even the complaint Id was not provided.

With all the above details, please do the needful to resolve the issue as early as possible.
