Name of company/service: tata docomo

my number is 8460106368 of docomo. as told by customer care to me that i will get my prepaid bill till 29th june but today it is 30th june and i have not received my bill today when i called customer care executive one of the senior executive named lajwanti disconnected my call and behaved badly with me. first thing i would like to share that now i have to directly approach consumer court and TRAI for harassing the customer. as i am fed up with the services of docomo being working in airtel and using docomo i was feeling proud till date but now i am ashamed with the quality of ur customer care executives and the services. also as because the company was not able to provide me the bill on time i want my balance refund and also the bill.
the balance of Rs. 25 was deducted on the day the complain was given i.e 24th of june and at the time of giving bill thay failed. so they have to refund my balance. nahi to maan haani ka case i have to do against them.
