My registered request number with Lenovo is 7020556791.
My laptop is in international warranty, it is hardly a month old and it got display issue. I have given my laptop to one of their service center in Mumbai. Below is an address of that service center:

It is almost 10 days since I gave my laptop. The on-shift person gave me a service center number which is 180030005366 to know the status of my request.
I am contacting them since last week to know when will I get my laptop back but they are saying that they can’t give me any fixed timeline but it would not go beyond 27th September which is a long time (3 months almost) in fact. They took whole one week and came back with this date. I requested them to escalate this matter to higher level as it is so much of time and on call person promised me that I have escalated it and you will get a call from us next day at 10AM about the fixed time as to when I can expect it to be repaired. It is one day but still I am waiting for a call from their side. They are not co-operating with me at all and taking so much of time to get my laptop repaired. They don’t bother to give me a call back. It is me who always call them for this issue even after requesting them for it many times.
Please help me to resolve this problem. 3 months for repairing my laptop is really so much of time. No one can accept this much of time limit. I also have requested them to replace my laptop as it is in warranty if they are unable to solve the problem or else provide me a temporary laptop so I can work on it but they are not ready for any of those options.
I am looking forward for your support. My warranty and time both are getting wasted due to this problem.
