I bought a new vodafone connection month ago and in application form asked for data pack activation.
after activation i also subscribed for sms package of which i have sms sent and rec from vodafone confirming that my service will be activated in 72 hours.
one fine day i got a call from vodafone stating that i am crossing my credit limit because i am not subscribed to any value added services.
i went to vodofone store and they admitted their mistake and promised to settle my account.
then i lodged a complaint for sms goof-up.. attaching snapshot of sms received from vodafone for activation of the service.
but to my surprise i got a reply that i have been charged correct without giving any attention to facts of the case for which i have evidence.
on raising issue vodafone guys are not replying now. they make fake claim that they will reply in 2 working days which is not the case.
also i have found that they have adjusted only 1445 is adjusted against total billing of Rs. 2660.40.
now i dont know whom to address my complaint because these people are useless and they have very poor customer attender.
