I had ordered and paid online for a HD+ set top box in the beginning of June 2013. But I was delivered a normal HD box.(my customer id : 3012638918). The people who had come to fix it had no idea about the set top box. Twice I lodged the complaint to the customer care, though to no avail. every time they divert me to some local airtel shop, who don’t have the required accessories or the remote to change it. Its been three weeks but the problem has still not been resolved.
