Hi, This complaint is regarding Tikona Broadband connection. I have taken Tikona connection on 25th April,2013.(UID 1108350144) It is a prepaid plan for 6 months and 40GB data. During installation, they showed correct speed and told to enjoy best service of Tikona. But since then, I have registered three MAJOR complaints regarding speed, connection breaking problem etc. Every time, when I registered the complaint, customer care executive told me that with in 24 hours, problem will get solved. I don’t know why they give such false promises and commitments when they don’t know exact time duration. Why I am saying this is because that every time I registered one of my above mentioned MAJOR complaints, they took around 8 days for each complaints to resolve. After resolution it works for 1 and 2 days and again same problem started coming. I have hardly used this connection for 2-3 days with proper speed in a span of 45days period, since I have taken this connection. I have really got frustrated with this service and requested them to discontinue the service and refund my money. So in short, I have given Rs 4000 in advance for Internet plan and because of their poor service I have decided to quit in middle just using Tikona Broadband for 1.5 months out of 6 months and 8-9 GB data out of 40GB. I have a call record of Tikona Customer care admitting the same. I have the emails records with Tikona care. In case it is required I can send the same. Its been now 20 days and still they are still refusing to refund my money.
