Extremely bad service by Indiatimes. I booked a XOLO Q800 on 16th June 2013 (order id: 3002421955). Expected Delivery 26th June 2013. On June 21th June 2013 I got a mail that your order has been shipped. Courier is Bluedart and courier tracking no is 69008457560. This courier tracking no is a fake one and even called Bluedart to confirm. I complained many time from 22nd June. Even I opened a case and chatted on Indiatimes messenger. But they tell me every time that I will get my product on 26th June 2013. But I haven’t recieve the product even today. I complain today about the non-delivery and they says that this matter is looking by manager.
What the hell is going on. I complain since 22nd that the order is not traceable. The expected delivery time was 7 days and its more than 12 days I am still waiting for my order. How come Indiatimes is so negligible at there service.
I wont recommend to buy anything from Indiatimes even how much they provide discount. try Flipkart instead they charge couple of rupees more but there commitment is commitment. Extremely good service. With no tension.
I am still waiting for my order to come as I have already paid for it. Even I stopped complaining. I am sick and tired of complaining.
Let see till when they deliver the product.
