denial of warranty

I purchased a “PHILIPS CFL LAMP” from “Doordarshan Electronics ,25/B, chandney chock street kol 7oooo72” on 30/6/12 with a warranty of 1 year with voucher no-21/2012-2013 but due to its malfunctioning when I asked for its replacement warranty on 25/6/12 the shopkeeper refused to do so, denied to take any steps and behaved rudely kindly take action against this.
