complaint is against traffic voucher plan

Hello,

This complaint is against your traffic voucher plan and against your customer support. On 24th June 2013, I went to tata docomo’s online recharge site and did a recharge of 45 Rs which is a special recharge for reducing the tariff to 1p/2sec. But after performing this recharge I was charged at 1p/1s and my current balance went to zero. After noticing this I called your customer support guys. The first one said that this 45rs recharge is only for home network. If it was for home network then why is it not written on the site?? I have been tata docomo’s customer since feb-2010 and have been doing the same recharge of 45 Rs since the last 1 and a half year and never faced this problem. If it was not showing on the site that who’s mistake is this?

Then I called the customer support again, the second one said the same thing. I told him about the issue and asked him to refund my money back. Instead of refunding he said to me that I should have called the customer support before recharging my phone. Should I take permission from your customer support every time when i recharge my phone?? Why is the same information not mentioned in the site??.

I called again and the third guy told me the same thing. This time I agreed and asked him what to do next?. He asked me that for reducing the call cost you’ll have to recharge your phone with 58Rs tariff voucher plan. I did what was told to me 2 days later i.e. on 26th June 2013, still I’m being charged at 1p/1s. I don’t know what the heck is happening.

I then 5-7 times again and none of your customer care executives even cared to handle my query. There were 2 times in which the call got disconnected automatically but these unhelpful people didn’t even cared to call me back to resolve my query. Is this the service you guys provide. I’m totally pissed off now and I want to port my number to other network operator. Let me know how to do this so that I can port my number ASAP. I will recommend others also not to you use your rubbish services.
