Through The First Flight Courier through which they send my Product which I have ordered,but the First Flight Courier guy called me over telephone and told “Sir,Can you collect your Product from our Office,we cant deliver at your location as our service is not available at your location.(But to my location all other courier guys are delivering e.g : BLUE DART,DTDC).Then I said ok ,I will disscuss regarding this with the company.Immideatly after 5 minutes I disscused this issue with customer care executive regarding this(Customer Care Lady name is **Reeti** with whom I had a disscusson over Online chat-this chat service is available on Pepperfry.com) she gave promising assurance that @ no condition my product will not be refunded please wait for 1-2 days more we will ensure that it will be delivered @ your location).
The Next day another lady named **Riddhi** called me over my mobile no. and told that I am working on your complaint no. 00426649 but as the product is in the way back to our location so you have two options:
1.We can initiate a Refund for which you need to wait for 7-10 days as per our policy.
2.From my side I will try to ship it again via some other Courier Service but it will take another 15-20 days because it will come to Our Mumbai location and we will chek that,so it will take time
Then I told please forward this concern to your upper management, then she told I cannot forward it but if I will ask my Manager to call you,even he/she also tell you the same thing.
