Sir I am purchased a karbonn a12 mobile 3 days ago
today in the morning I am listening song from my phone and during playing song suddenly sound is stop.
I try sometime to hearing sound but no any sound is heard
Even I try to calling but ringtone is not ringing.
Loudspeaker also not working.
So I want my handset replace or give my money back.
