I bought a mobile ( SAMSUNG PRIMO DUOS – SCH-W2E ) on 04.03.13 from a Samsung dealer at Bahadurgarh – HARYANA. After using 2-3 days, I faced problem regarding phone book and internet. I complained to dealer. Dealer told me to contact with Samsung Store. I went to Samsung Store. I had to go there again and again. I went there about 8 times. Every time, I had to spend more than half day every time at Samsung Store. But, At last, finally they found that there is a problem in this model of phone and they told me to contact with Samsung Company. I contacted to Samsung Company by mail and phone several time, but there is no positive response. I had to vest my lot of time and money in follow up with dealer, store and company. Now, I have decided to go to consumer forum to compensate me for my loss and harassment, so that Company cannot cheat to other customers in future.
