I have bought a second hand car (FORD IKON, WB 20G 0726) from "M/S Perfect" having their office/ shop at 370 BLOCK K NEW ALIPORE KOLKATA (Person’s/ Owners name- Mr. Saheb (9830018569) and Mr. Sanjay (9831151187).. whole money they had taken in cash (in front of witness)… 1. At the time of payment, i have taken form 29 and 30 from them wherein they have clearly specified that any liability occuring before the purchease will be entirely there responsibility.. which has further been signed by them… 2. Later on, when i went to do the insurance, as the inspection has to be done, there i learnt that the engine no/ chasis number, those mentioned over the car vis-a-vis those mentioned in documents were different.. which states that the actual car and the car as mentioned in the documents are two different objects… WHICH CLEARLY MAKES IT A CASE OF FORGERY on account of these two people (Mr. Saheb and Mr. Sanjay of M/S Perfect) 3. From that time onwards i have been asking these people to get the same endorsed… for which they have told that THEY HAVE SOME INTERNAL SETTING WITH THE RTO OFFICIALS and THINGS WILL BE MANAGED… IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 10-11 MONTHS NOW… clearly, i cannot take vehicle anywhere, as basis this forged data, insurance is not possible…. 4. Now as I am shifting my base to North India, and i am thinking to drive this car to North India (for which proper documentation is required) regarding the same these people are telling me stories of delayed processing/ no work in RTO on account of election duty etc…. I have been asking them for the same for nearly one year.. this friday i will be leaving kolkata… and cant leave the car here (which these people are asking me to do)… and hence would strongly ask for the car to be taken back by these people on the same cost as they have sold me (despite the fact that after purchase i have spent a good amount on this car) and let me leave peacefully….
