Name of company/service: Snapdeal
I have opened the product to check it with power supply, I found it’s LCD is damaged.It was not broken but when I give power supply more than half screen appearing damaged.
Please resolve my problem I am very much disappointed and feeling like cheated.
I have raised service request and received the following response:
“Your request number for Order ID – 1060114393 and Item Panasonic 24 Inches TH-L24C5D HD LCD Television is 2396285. We will get back to you in 48 hours on your request”
48 hours is over. Nobody have contacted me yet.
