Birla sunlife insurance company call center is not responding to my calls. First of all dialing there call center number says that its a USA number and gets disconnected. I have to make payment for my policy to revive it before 17th Jul and Birla Sunlife insurance is making all efforts so that I dont pay them premium and they forfeit my entire amount that i have paid over last 4-5 years to them as insurance premium. Their service is pathetic ever. I have insurance policies from Bajaj Allianz, Max new york life insurance etc they are very prompt in service.
