vodafone settings not yet provided and sim not yet reset

i had complaint in vodafone about my network issue, complaint service reg number 416222912 and this complaint is registered on 24 june 2013. customer care executives told that the issue vl b cleared within 48 hours. stil there is no any calls from them.
