provident fund and salary unpaid

Sir/mam, i have been worked in spanco bpo dehradun (domestic bpo) but i resign the job in month of feb 2013, i did’nt receive any remuneration for that month. And They are ignoring me. Nd my some friends are waiting for provident fund from more than 1 year bt they are still giving the irrelevant excuses. I want my salary nd PF
