it is regret to inform you the unfair mean of reputed comapany tata docomo
sir i am using net pack of 250 rupee in my new connection 08109914819 from last two day…
due to urgent necessity i activate message pack of 39 rupee .
at that time i have about 1.1GB 3G data pending .But due to message pack activation .my data lost .After this when i enquired from customer care his behaviour was also not good .
he told me with our message pack data of 339mb 2G net pack activated jst bcause of this your 3GB is deactivated
I just want to know why it neccessory to deactivate the last activated net pack.
Is it is justice to deactivate pack which cost 250rupee to replace with 39rupee pack.
why there is not any prior intimation regarding for dectivation of last activated .
pls take needful action.
