bsnl very very poor service

i recharged my cellone acount with STD free pack on dated 13/06/13, but after gatting this service benifit for 06 days , its stop automatically without any perior inforation , for this i try several times onBSNL C Care no(1503) but their no responce for my promlem. what i can take help of concumer forum pse advice me.
