Delay in getting back original home loan document after repayment of loan

I borrowed housing loan of 4.85 lakh from S.B.I (kanjur marg east branch) code:6249 on 8 may 2002.I foreclosed the outstanding loan amount of Rs.300561(three lakh five hundred sixty one only) on 06 august 2011. On 8 february 2013 as per the instructions by the bank officials i submitted my application to get back my original housing loan document which the bank has kept with it as security,along with the Disclaimer letter from my mother ,brother & sisters ,as the loan was applied jointly by me and my late father .I hereby wish to bring to your kind notice that since Feb 2013 i have approached for getting back my original documents to the concerned bank officials but till date i have not received my documents except the excuses killing the time by days ,weeks and months,giving me mental harrassment.I hereby request your kind office to look into this matter and give me justice by getting my Original Home Loan Documents. Thank you
