correction of bill

My Request to Aitel –
“This is regarding correction of bill (Bill Number : 87146343) Aitel Number : 9561224448, Account Number : 1034104738.
I got internet bill of Rs. 1581.69 this month. I have requester for Rs. 199 plan of 2G through customer care on 08.05.2012 for the same you can check my call on 19:34:46 to 19:51:48. Request of activation of Rs. 199, internet 2G pack has been taken by customer care officer. I have also complained for bad internet speed after activation.
I got message of internet bill payment of approx Rs. 600 on 13 May 2013. I communicated the same to customer care but getting reply of ignoring the same message and no corrective action has been taken. Again I got approx Rs. 700 on 15 May 2013 and again after communication with customer care officer I got same reply to ignore the same message. I also got the same type of messages everyday from airtel for internet billing but when I contact to customer care officer for the same then I got same reply of ignoring of the same message.
At last I come to know that no internet plant is activated on the same no. and having bill of Rs. 1581.69 including internet and call charges.
During communication with customer care officer I also come to know that Airtel don’t have information of my request of internet activation. Please let me know, why customer care officer not activated internet plan or not giving information for not activation of internet plan after receiving request.
The same information was also not provided by customer care officer when I call for getting information for my internet bill after getting massage of internet bill payment. You can refer my customer care call for the same and also see number of calls to customer care.
Request you to take necessary action for the correction of bill so that I can pay bill.”

Reply of Airtel-

“We wish to inform you that the Mobile Office pack is active on your airtel mobile effective from 21-12-2012.

Please find below the break-up of applicable charges:

¿ Monthly Rental: Rs. NIL/-

¿ Browsing Charges: Upto 2GB free beyond which 10p/10 KB

¿ Download Charges- Applicable as per the content you wish to download.

Total Usage on bill dated 24-05-2013: 127480KB

Amount: Rs. 1277.20/-

Discount given: Rs. NIL/-

Total amount after discount: Rs. 1277.20/-

On receipt of your concern, we reviewed your bill dated 24-05-2013 and have verified the charges levied in your bill towards mobile internet. There appears to be no overcharging in your account. We would like to assure you that we have deployed a state of the art billing system which ensures that your bill is always error free.”

As Per airtel “Mobile Office pack is active on my airtel mobile effective from 21-12-2013”.

Why same information not given by airtel when i requested for activation of Rs. 199, 2G or during communication for information of internet bill charge from 13 May 2013 onward.
