micromax canvas 2 complaints not being heard

With the hype all around for micromax smart phone canvas 2 and seeing the great advertisement and customer response i also opted for the same but after couple of months of purchase i found myself robbed of my money.

The problem started with untimely shutting down of the phone for which I immediately contacted their customer care and they simply changed battery of the phone. After a day same problem continued and yet again I gave it for a look to their customer care for which I was assured that it would be free of all the glitches as my phone was being sent to Karnal for the repair. The phone remained in their custody for 10-12 days and I was returned the phone. 2-3 days after it my phone would become very hot while charging or calling in addition to the untimely shutdown. they formatted my phone and loaded fresh software for no good. Again I sent it back and I was told that the charger was supplying power more than what was required for it. When I gave them my charger along with my phone they came up with a new story that the camera is broken, which was working fine on the day prior to repair as I clicked some pictures that day.

I mean how can a phone can become hot and shut down on its own if camera is broken, and if I consider this point how every time a new excuse is given for the same problem? Also I am sure that the camera was broken by miscarriage by micromax.

The problem isn’t just this… there’s a rude man “TYAGI” (contact: 9671199959) which might be the area head or whatever, posted in Haryana for Micromax… I narrated my inconvenience to him for which he said nothing can be done for that and when I asked him contact number of some higher authority he said that he was the supreme authority and dropped the line!

firstly i was ditched by their service then i was frustrated by their employee.

I am fuming over the conversation with TYAGI for which I want proper action to be taken against that man… and as far as my phone is concerned either i want my money back or replace it for a new one because I am not using it as I am haunted by the thought that it might just explode! Also I am sure that there was a manufacturing defect from day one.

I want an action to be taken at the earliest as my phone’s warranty period will terminate and they won’t listen to the queries thereafter. Also it would be better for your good name in the market.

I request you to intervene as i have sent them numerous mails for which they frustrate me by replying to visit their service centre again. I have already stated them that their service centre is incapable of diagnosis but they are beating the drum of their service centre again and again.
