Name of company/service: bajaj electricals

Bajaj electricals on the poor & delayed repairing of home appliances with warranty period.I have problem with bajaj food processor(platini mixie) & wet grinder(WX3 model). product was handover 10 days before for repairing but they are not reponding properly.
