Wrong Billing Plan communicated

Hi,

I have been supplied a billing plan by Idea Executive Ajay – which states 600 local/STD mins. But Later when the bill got generated i got to know that only the Local mins were free. I filed a complaint with IDEA customer care for that but nobody was ready to respond to my issue for around 2 weeks . Later after dropping lots of mail and continuous chats with customer care people for around 15 days .. i got the issue resolved partly. i seriously didnt like the customer care of IDEA.
I am still waiting for the reversal of charges till date.
