Dear Sir/Ma’am,
This is to draw your kind attention that Airtel has been misguiding me for the last few days without solving the actual problem.
I had taken a 3G POSTPAID internet dongle(No.- 9800168261) from Airtel in exchange of my then existing Tata Photon Whiz on 15/06/2013. After verification from the company’s end, it got activated on 19/06/2013. But from that day till now, I’ve been getting 2G download speed instead of 3G. I had made a complain on 21/06/13 to the customer care and they lodged a complaint(Complain No.- 51237824) to their technical team. They promised that my problem will get solved by today 25/03/13.
Today when I called the customer care they are saying that they are sorry that my problem did not get solved and have registered a complaint again(Complain No.- 51296413). They, as before, have given an assurance to solve my problem by 29/06/13. This means the company will charge me for 3G usage but will provide me 2G speed. This is absolute cheating.
