Poor Service By Lenovo

Hi All,

I brought a Lenovo Ideapad Z580 last year in the month of september with 1 year accidental damage warranty. Now on 10th May 2013 my ideapad was cracked from back side. I already forwarded laptop pictures to the customer care. After filling a service request: 8001125058 they provide me a order number: 7005293752. As per this order number engineer visit was scheduled on my location at 5th june.

I didn’t got any call from lenovo on 7th June. On 8th june , I receive a call from Sandhya : 8213983168 updating me that engineer was coming by this evening. I waited for the engineer to come but without engineer visit 2 days passed again I called on same number and got same reply that engineer was coming in evening. Again same thing happens, I again called on same number and Sandhya provided me another number of Sapna: 01204107574 for further updation. I called on that number and they suggest me to call again on Sandhya’s number.

I was surprised that what is going on. Is I became a lenovo customer to call on different customer care numbers. I just want to know whether this issue has been fixed for me or not. I got so frustated by the service of lenovo. In future I am not going to refer any of my friend to buy any lenovo product. All lenovo executives trained in one thing how to cheat customers. If you cann’t fix damaged issue then why you all provided damage protection warranty guys.

Please help me in this matter as this case is pending from lenovo side from last one and half month.
