I would like to log a complaint against your sales executive at Bangalore:

I applied for a broadband connection (Airtel 8Mbps) and submitted the documents to this guy more than 20 days ago along with Rs. 500/- as the installation charges.
I already have a 2Mbps connection and made it very clear that I would be interested in the Airtel connection only if they can provide me the 8Mbps connection. This guy promised the connection within 3 days.

And then the nightmare began. Since then I’ve been repeated trying to get a status on my connection or refund. Now this executive says “you can simply forget your money” !
Airtel is simply cheating customers. And the sales/customer care is PATHETIC !
NOT SURE IF YOU ARE IN THE TELECOM BUSINESS OR IN THE BUSINESS OF LOOTING AND FORGERY !
