Complaint Against Aircel

Location/place: New Delhi

I had receive a call from Aircel regarding number portability at Rs. 250/-, I requested them to port my Reliance postpaid number to Aircel by phone as well as by email, and this communications were made from my Aircel Prepaid Number- 8285735640, but they have port my Aircel Prepaid number with out any prior information, as it was done my prepaid number went off.

I did not have any idea about this and I went to a local mobile repairing shop thinking of that my mobile is having some problem, but they assured me that it was all clear, then I contacted Aircel Customer Care and I was informed that I need to visit my nearest Aircel Customer Relation Shop for the same, after going there( At Munirka) they also did not help me.

In this situation I took another Aircel Prepaid Number from a local shop.

Noe I am getting the monthly bills for last 03 months, and today morning I have received a Court Order to pay the due amount of Rs. 737/- with in 07 days.

My question is that why should I pay any amount for any ones mistake?

Please help me out to lodge a case against this cheaters.
