Dear Sir ,
This id RT Rajesh, working with Axis Bank Ltd , Internal Audit Office, Hyderabad. I have planned to get one WIFI connection for my personal issues and for that I have selected Beam Telecom – which is very popular at Hyderabad. I have filled the form on 16.06.2013 and paid Rs1210/- on 16.06.2013 and till now no one called towards activation or configuration. They told to buy one Dlink router and as I bought it and called call center on booked a service ticket no 8780899 and repeatedly am doing follow up daily 2 times and no responses so far – TAT for solving the ticket no is 1 day and whenever I called thay are generating new ticket no and answering it will take 1 day to solve – What about my previous tick no status? whithout closing the previous ticket they are generating new one whenever i called them.
