Water Leakage in water purifier

I have filed a complaint on water leakage in my purifier kit
6-7 days before, I was given a complaint no : C135038525.
But the fault is unattended till today (24.06.2013)
The fault is occuring every time.My system is in warranty period. They assured me that it will be repaired the next day. But there is no response by them.
They reassured me that they will get it repaired with a new one the very next day everytime, but no
one came.
I called them again and told the problem and asked them to
transfer my call to some senior officer but the call attendent said that
“What I will do, the senior officer will do the same.”
He also assured me the same,nothing happen till date.
So i Decided to put complain to Consumer Court regarding this.

Please do the needful at earliest.
