I have ordered VOX 5.1 Channel music system costing 2699, the picture shown in snapdeal website is completely different and remote , user manual are missing. The item received is very old and looks like it is used and in bad condition. When i spoke to customer executive he told me that there is no specification of color and item may be different what you have depend on availability. He was very rude and say he cant do anything.First time i purchase some items online help me out to save my time, being officer in defense force i find my self helpless.
