I am a buyer of Sony Xperia set. I received this phone on Feb’ 2013 but unfortunately, that set was having some manufacturing defect (as I think as Telecom professional) that the base light always ON even Mobile is switched off manually & its draw power from battery even mobile has been switched off.
Most of the times, mobile switched off automatically whenever Incoming call initiated. However, no problem during outgoing calls.
So I have been to service center 22.06.2013 (1600 hrs) at Patiala (Punjab). Sony Service centre, Patiala representative replied reported that there is a problem with the motherboard due to some water droplets, etc. They are making silly excuses and not responding properly. This is really sad to see the people at the service center (Patiala) not giving proper response. Kindly look into the same matter for brand name SONY.
I want to bring into your notice that I am working at ITB POLICE (MHA, Govt of India), it is not possible for me to visit again and again at your service centre due to security aspects involved in my job profile / assigned to me.
Now after such experience, i need my my handset to be repaired as soon as possible with all the functions and applications working perfectly with in warranty
or
I not at all want the same set. I want my phone to be replaced as early as possible.
To sought out the problem, Sony either provide me a new set (if u want me to be your customer) or else provide me with my refund PLUS the harassment charges.
or
Please permit me for legal action against SONY MOBILE so that I can move to consumer court for further necessary action.
Also provide me another email address of some higher authority wherein I can send my grievances.
