Name of company/service: Dot cabs
We booked a cab on 16th june at 9:30 am and the cab arrived at 10:40am. We suffered huge loss amounting to more than 5000.
These people did not respond to our calls and even driver kept us in illusion that he has reached the venue.
We have filed a complaint and no action or response has been received.
How should we proceed to take some legal action?
please help.
