i am devendra maine hp ka ek laptop 5/11/12 ko lotus kohefiza bhopal se liya tha jisme offer tha ki muje ek nikon 16 mega pixal ka camera milega ,jiske liye muje online ragistration karna tha usme muje deatial mili thi ki mujhe ,mera redunction no 5426915 and (bill,+serial no+ id proof+rs,2500 dd) send karna tha jo ki ma 21/11/12 ko send ker chuka hu maine hp costumer care se bat ki thi to unhone bataya ki maine unhe pure document send nahi kiye ha jisme muje (bill,+serial no+ id proof+rs,2500 dd) jisme maine DD aor id proof send ker diya tha fir maine unhe document scane ker ke es [email protected]> pe send kare aor bhi kai id di thi per unka kahna tha ki mail reacived hi nhi ho raha ha ,,, jaise taise 20 march ko renuka ji ka revrt aya (The scheme has closed last year and we will not be able to process any claim now.),, phir maine kafi bar hp cc se bat ki jab ja ke waha se K P, Prashanth ka call aya per wo kahne lage ki ( aapka nahi rs,2500 ka DD ayya ha nahi koi other document, ye offer apko mil payega , apko jo karna ker lo), aor nahi jab ki ma sare document send kar chuka ,,, mai bhopal consumer fourm bhi gay tha wa ha unhone kha ki advocat karo , ,,, per ma 2500rs,, ke liye 3000 advocate kyo karu,,, rs, ka so pls help me,, bas sirph aap se hi umid ha,, so pls,,,,,,,,ssss,,,, help me,
