dear sir,
I, Mamta Aggarwal, R/o 3014, Gali Masjid khazoor, Kinari Bazzar,channi chowk,Delhi-110006 have paid a cheque of Rs.3000/- with cheque no. 574819 of Vijaya Bank, Chandni chowk branch, For opening the agency outlet of suvidhaa.
there executive collected this cheque from me on 27 septemebr 2012 Which got cleared from my account on 22/10/2012 .
there executive , Mr. Iqbal Zafri , who came to collect the cheque , said that within two days of clearing of your cheque, our executive will come with the starter kit and will provide the training for how to operate the site and work on it.
But since then, there is no contact or response from there side on my various complaints regarding my problem. Various ticket numbers of complaints I sent on there email support are as follows:-

18 dec. 2012 Your Complaint Number: E004034811.

Despite of so many complaints , everytime I get a reply that our executive will reach you in the next three working days and those three days never ends .
please tell me what to do.
