I ordered a Dynamic Book rack from Housefull International Ltd. on May 13th 2013. The delivery was done on May 25th with the right plank missing.
A complaint was registered with great difficulty. Nobody responds on the complaints number and we had to visit the store to register the complaint. A left plank was delivered on June 8th whereas we needed right plank. After that how many ever times we request, scream, shout no one has paid attention to this. We have visited the store a couple of times as well.
If I ask for a refund they say that it is against their policy to refund. It looks like their policy is to just take our money and enjoy and they really don’t care about the consumer. I would like to register a complaint against this company so that we get proper justice.
