They changed the construction idea so many time .

I reserved the flat from MMResidency. On Oct. 3 2011 under return rent scheme. According to my possession letter builder has to delivered the flat on March 2012 there is a six month grass period till October 2012 after that builder has to pay five rupees penalty per square feet per month till possession .
Unfortunately builder unable give possession on time and even he is not paying any penalty to me, before that also whatever cheque given by company to me under return payment scheme so many time cheque bounced. They changed the construction idea so many time also.
Now in this condition when I inquired to builder to cancelled my flat and return my money. The exact word which was used to me on phone and also with another customer, I’m sharing with you.
He says to me and gives irritationWho you are, even you cannot enter in the office. I’ll not give the possession of flat to you and your money will not be refunded even if you cancelled the apartment. You booked an only 9 lac rupees flat and you think that you are the manager of the company. You can go formally with police and establish whatever you want. Your credit letter and your apartment will be invalid. Builder will not provide you anything.
